1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Tinpak Asians website located at www.tinpak.us and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing, browsing, or using this Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

Tinpak Asians reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

2. Eligibility Requirements

The Platform is intended exclusively for adults who meet the following criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.

Tinpak Asians does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 18. If we discover that a minor has registered, their account will be terminated immediately and all associated data will be deleted.

4. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

By using the Platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a respectful and lawful manner. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Harassment or abuse - threatening, bullying, intimidating, or harassing any other user.
• Fraudulent profiles - creating fake, misleading, or impersonation accounts.
• Scamming - soliciting money, gifts, or financial information from other members under false pretenses.
• Illegal content - posting content that violates any local, state, national, or international law.
• Offensive material - uploading obscene, hateful, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable content.
• Commercial activity - using the Platform for advertising, solicitation, or any non-personal commercial purpose without written consent.

• System interference - attempting to disrupt, damage, or compromise the Platform's infrastructure or security.

Violations of this section may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination at Tinpak Asians' sole discretion, without prior notice or refund.

5. Content Ownership and License

You retain all intellectual property rights to the content you create and share on the Platform, including photographs, text, and profile information ("User Content"). However, by posting User Content, you grant Tinpak Asians a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, display, reproduce, modify, distribute, and promote that content solely for the purposes of operating, developing, and marketing the Platform.

All Platform content - including the website design, logos, trademarks, graphics, text, software, and proprietary algorithms - is owned by Tinpak Asians or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without explicit written permission.

6. Credit Purchases and Refund Policy

By purchasing credits, you acknowledge the following:

• Credits are a digital service activated immediately upon purchase.
• Unused credits remain in your account indefinitely and do not expire.
• A 14-day refund window applies to credit purchases where credits have not been used. Refund requests must be submitted to [email protected].
• Credits that have been partially or fully used are non-refundable.
• Promotional credits, bonuses, and free credits awarded upon registration are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Tinpak Asians reserves the right to modify credit pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect credits already purchased.

7. Service Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. Tinpak Asians specifically disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Tinpak Asians does not guarantee:

• That you will find a match, relationship, or specific outcome through the Platform.
• That the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure at all times.
• The accuracy, reliability, or completeness of information provided by other users.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tinpak Asians shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages - including but not limited to loss of data, emotional distress, or financial losses - arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

8. Account Termination

Tinpak Asians may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, if we determine that you have breached these Terms or misused the service. Upon termination:

• Your right to access the Platform ceases immediately.
• Unused purchased credits may be forfeited if termination results from a Terms violation.
• Tinpak Asians is not obligated to retain or provide copies of your User Content.

You may close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Account deletion requests are processed within 30 business days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.

You agree that any disputes will be resolved on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. The arbitration shall take place in Wilmington, Delaware, unless otherwise agreed by both parties.
