This empty aluminum can is made of 0.23mm first grade tinplate and food safe lacquer which meet the requirement of FDA. It is designed for soap packaging. It is recyclable, durable and eco-friendly.  

The plug lid of the seamless aluminum can makes the lid flush with tin can body and to close securely. Custom printing and logo embossing are available to upscale your products’ image and to highlight your brand.  

The square aluminum cans are 111x111x39mm (4.37"x 4.37"x1.54") for this seamless tin case, with 2 pieces structure (plug lid and seamless base).  We can help you to supply accessories, like PVC tray or velvet tray inside to well hold products in it, belly band or silk ribbon or tag to best decorate the seamless tin boxes.

Tinpak welcomes any customer's design for printing. Usually gloss or matte varnish is optional outside, clear or gold lacquer applied inside. Some special varnish like crackle effect, pearl effect, leather effect is also acceptable. If you need any emboss, we accept the common single level emboss, 2 layers emboss or 3D emboss to make the seamless tin vivid and fancy.
